Delivery and returns
Welkai is an online service from VERTEX REALITY DIGITAL SOLUTION (SSM registration no. 202603285026 (003903877-X)), trading as Welkai. Nothing is shipped: there are no goods, no delivery address and no shipping fee.
How you receive Welkai
- You get access online, in your Welkai account, after your payment is confirmed. This usually takes less than 1 hour.
- Plans that include your own server are ready within about 1 hour after payment. If it takes longer, we email you.
- We email you a receipt after every payment.
Returns and refunds
Because Welkai is a digital service, there is nothing to send back. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. In short: you can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of making it, less any extra AI credit packs you have used.
